Impatient or Inattentive?

On a very windy day I came up behind a group of slower cyclists. I couldn't safely pass them because of the traffic behind us, and when they turned west on Niwot Road, this driver was a little too inattentive and a little too impatient. Fortunately, I was going slowly enough to brake and give him time to react, but it could have ended badly. Always assume that other vehicles cannot see you.
