Punishment pass by dickhead in a Food Delivery Van.
No-one coming the other way, but the riders in front got passed even closer as well.
All to save 2 seconds before he turned right down a side street to make his delivery.
Glass in parking area and parked vehicle ahead, so stuck to the left of the carriageway to avoid unpredictable moves.
