A broken indicator and a bonus close pass on Sydney’s Northern Beaches

When the red SUV unexpectedly turned left after failing to indicate their intentions, it forced the rider to adjust his line and stay wide to avoid a collision. Then, just as rider reached the bus, it indicated it was about to move out, again requiring the rider to adjust lines, this time to provide buffer distance. The driver in the middle lane in the black BMW seemed intent on racing the other drivers and close shaved the rider.
