A Cop in violation!

I had the right of way as my light to cross was green and right turning traffic in the same direction had not only a red arrow (requiring the stop before proceeding), but also the lit up "NO RIGHT TURN" sign. Yet, despite all of that, the Deputy decided to just disregard all that and turn nevertheless.
