westbound on Citrus/Brookside, after intersection with Eureka, driver deliberately tried to clip me, passing just inches away. No vehicle in left lane, Calif law says drivers must change lanes when passing cyclists. The right lane ends and merges with the left, where a bicycling lane starts.
