BMW Pinching Pass

I reported this nerve shredding aggressive and dangerous pass to the police, but the police constable (Richard Green) who was allocated the task of following up was extremely work shy and didn't do anything about it. When I pushed for a prosecution the police officer got ultra defensive and told me "I have viewed the footage and it shows the driver of the BMW very aware of your presence, the driver even slows down and pulls out whilst you are passing a parked car, then there is a another vehicle passing at the same time in the opposite direction all four meet at the same time, so who is in the wrong , whilst the Bmw passes you, you can be heard swearing several times on the footage and a passing member of the public must have heard this.".
