Car entering road ignore bicyclist

On June-12-2025 at approximately 7:40pm, I was cycling west on Mulberry Street when a vehicle entered Mulberry from Zionsville High School nearly into me.  The flashing light from my bicycle is apparent and can clearly be seen on the reflections from the street signs.
