Close pass to undertake

Black Audi decides to undertake vehicles in front of him in the 2nd lane, in doing so swings out into my lane and close passes me. Had I been further out in the lane, I fear this impatient driver would have made contact with me. The driver had to take a course, which is letting them off a little lightly in my opinion.
