Company truck driver too arrogant to use the right hand lane

I was heading home after work when a DTM driver deliberately forced me to take evasive action. Something made me look behind me and there was a DTM Tamworth truck bearing down on me. If I hadn't swerved out of the way I would have been it by the truck's tray. At the next intersection I had to slow down for the truck because the driver got in my way. I estimate the truck's speed at the time of the incident to have been 60kmh & it's a 50kmh zone.
