The driver of the Lexus completely disregarded that despite the green light, he was required to stop for anyone crossing or preparing to be crossing as pedestrians/cyclists had right of way. As a survivor of a hit-and-run and riding with my young kids, I get a little personal when it comes to ignorant drivers.
