Cut off by Tesla driver

was proceeding west on Rancho Santa Fe Road, San Marcos, California. I Tesla - California license plate 9LSK887 cut me off as the driver entered the bike lane and turned right - just ahead of me. I could not proceed straight without hitting the Tesla, and I turned right. The Tesla sped away. I was unable to get an image of the driver.
