Distracted driver, under suspension, missed my chin by the length of a dollar bill

Frank Susan, driving under suspension, in a Ford 350 box truck, distracted, drifted left of center. I dove right, away from the impact. His driver side fender mirror hit my left shoulder. He left the scene without stopping.
He was convicted, sentenced to jail time, did not report!.
