Driver intention close pass in snow conditions – Seattle WA license plate BHH8047 Black Subaru

Video from 2-13-21 of a woman purposefully passing dangerously close during adverse driving conditions (snow.) (It would have been too close even without snow.) To set the scene, there were a bunch of people skiing, walking, running, pulling kids on sleds, a few other bikes in the street around these blocks. The bike lane was unrideable, so I was next to it in the street.

At the end of the video she states “It’s your life, not mine. You made that choice.” I did report to SPD with no result. They said nothing to do unless she hit me.
