Driver overtakes approaching a roundabout with a refuge at its entrance and cuts in forcing cyclist to brake and move over

This driver decided that trying to save a few seconds was more important than the safety of a vulnerable road user. Tried to overtake when there wasn't enough room to complete the manoeuvre and cut in on a cyclist forcing them to move over. Reported. Got a warning letter which will go on their record so hopefully will be more careful around cyclists in future.
