23 Aug, 2020 - 5 years ago - on Saint Johnland Road I appreciate the 3' given yet the horn... not as much. Giving them the benefit of the doubt they were trying to let the oncoming traffic that they were breaching the hill in the wrong lane. Clearly a situation when if you are doing something safe, such as passing a cyclist, don't take it up a notch by crossing the double yellow over a blind hill.
