HTH164 – VW Crafter – Pakuranga Highway – Close Pass

3 lanes to choose from but chose the lane with the cyclist. Time was 5:44am. Not 6:44am. I have a rear helmet light, tail light and full silver reflective bag cover and vest. Could tell from the headlights it was gonna be a close one. Police Community Roadwatch Form submitted.
