Common unbroken white line offence in both directions at this humped bridge, where oncoming traffic is invisible to drivers who are largely lower down than the headcam view shown in this video. That's why the unbroken white lines are there. Unfortunately, Lancashire Constabulary don't agree and refuse to take any action, even when it's a taxi driver offending. The police will ignore the report. There's about 1.3 seconds between the vehicle returning to the legal lane and encountering the oncoming Audi at the bridge crest. Time on the video is GMT.
