Muppet on Morley

riding on Morley Drive, a dual lane road with two lanes separated, the cars from behind move over or change lanes. then the last car does not deviate from the lane and continues the same coarse. this resulted in a close pass. I know that it was close as the driver did look in the rear vision mirror and made some gestures out the window.
