Near Miss – Mother blames kids in the car

It was close. The driver was mortified and to her credit turned around and found us to apologise. She was distraight and almost in tears.
Three riders all with flashing lights; I am covered in high vis.... helmet, shirt, lag bands.

This was my first ride with the cameras. We had a second incident just up the road on the same ride.
