4 Jan, 2018 - 8 years ago - on Central Coast Highway Riding uphill out of Gosford, the front wheel stopped dead and I was thrown over the handlebars. Most likely a stick flicked into the spokes. If I'd had a Fly12 I would know for sure! No broken bones but a little banged up.
