Same Truck second time in two months

Heading south on Pacific Hwy, in the cycle lane, just past Mt Kurin-gai railway station and the Rahme Civil truck passed me within centimetres. They were so close to they even went into the bike lane 50 metres after passing me.
This is the second time in two months that this truck has close passed me. How many others has he done this to?
After the first incident in July I contacted the company to be assured that it would not happen again. Dont think so.
