Sprayed with dirt and rocks by e-bike

Kid on a e-bike waited beside the Mullaloo roundabout behind a light pole to spin his rear wheel in the dirt and spray the road and me with sand and rocks into my face, bike and camera, as I passed going North.

The legend then sped away south on the path, then crossing the road in front of traffic, helmet straps not done up - but I guess not much to protect up there.

Have reported to crimestoppers, as WA traffic incident reports (report a hoon) require a numberplate to submit.

I don't hold out much hope for any action as I've never been contacted about previous crimestoppers reports, including unregistered vehicles that I've seen remaining on the road months later, so I try to only use "Report hoon/dangerous driving" now when possible.
