Squeeze! Alas, normal on this road at this point

This happens to me on average once a fortnight at this point and especially at rush hour ... this one looked like the kids being rushed to school (also based on erratic driving behaviour for next 1/2 km .. when I then passed her).
Looking at my rear camera, she held back slightly until the crunch point and then pushed forward ...
