Stopping on wrong side of road and reversing into oncoming cyclists

the birkdale "canals" are a popular riding spot. this resident clearly had enough of the cyclists and moves over to the other side of the road and tries to reverse into his driveway as soon as the cyclist are getting close. he will get away with this kind of behavior, because it is deemed normal in brisbane.
