This is the Blackpool to Garstang road, returning after the Blackpool Air Show. The double white lines are completely ignored by Lancashire drivers, and by the police who ignore these reports. I haven't reported this one. Fiesta YD64 FDJ illegally crossed the DWL but at least allowed a good clearance. Grandland TGZ 9367 had no room to overtake because of the oncoming Corsa, but overtook at speed anyway.
