Total disregard for cyclists

Total disregard to cyclists shown by this driver of a grey Ford Kuga, Reg CA69 BLZ as I was travelling along the B4263 on Thomas Street.  The driver pulls in on me and stops to allow traffic coming the other way.  I am forced to the side of the road clipping her car.  When I tapped on the window and said that she needs to be more careful of cyclists, she just rolled her eyes and drove off.

Please be mindful of cyclists.
