Twas the day before Christmas…

Video compiled from two Fly 12's and a Fly 6 as two miscreants harass a group of cyclists. The same vehicle repeatedly harassed another cyclist 3 days earlier in the same area. Police reports were filed in both cases, but the rider in the first incident had no video and didn't get the tag.
