Agricultural vehicles are even more lawless in North Lancashire than cars, buses and lorries. The police won't touch them. The trailer here is a different registration to the hidden plate on the tractor, but neither of them can be read. Usually, tractors here have no front plate, and often no plates at all. Alarming close passing by massive wheels which would crush a Transit, never mind a cyclist, and many of them are bigger than this one. If they KSI'd a cyclist, they would just carry on and likely get away with it completely- if they were caught they would just say they thought it was a bag of potatoes falling from the sky, or a deer, or anything else no matter how stupid and still get away with it.
