Short on situational awareness

Coming up to bus stop ID 80141 on Mountbatten Road, a bus No. 14 had stopped and instead of checking the mirror for any vehicles or bikes coming from behind, the bus driver decided just to drive out in front of two cyclists. The bus driver should easily have been able to spot the two cyclists in the side view mirror.
