Car pulls out from parking, near collision

Leading out a group ride on Pioneer Road when a parked car suddenly and deliberately pulled out in front of the group with tyres screeching. Driver clearly wanted to get in front of the group before we passed. Riders all had to take evasive action to avoid collision. Words were exchanged with the driver as they sped off while sounding their horn.
