Close pass on Rutland Avenue

I had just passed the very narrow part of the road on Rutland opposite the pedestrian bridge over the railway line and the car did not give me a metre clearance. Still waiting for the Town of Victoria Park to put in a cycle lane after years of inaction. One day a cyclist will get seriously hurt on this stretch of road.
