Another road traffic law which is inoperative in Lancashire because the police don't accept that disobeying it is a 'real offence' and refuse to enforce it: the crossing of single and double unbroken white lines. Not reported because I have submitted many such videos and they have all been ignored by Lancashire Constabulary.
