Failure by vehicle to give way at a crossing

With clear visibility approaching the intersection, the driver of a car failed to give way to me as I was about to cross at a pedestrian crossing.
In the ACT (Australia), cyclists may cross at pedestrian crossings without dismounting, at speeds not exceeding 10km/h.
(This was my second incident - and uploaded video - on the same trip home from work. Living dangerously!).
