Routine Lancashire close pass, common because the police refuse to do anything about them. As usual, there is oncoming traffic so they veer closer to the cyclist than the oncoming vehicles. You will see another early on the clip from the black Peugeot, but not quite as bad. There will be no response from Lancashire Constabulary.
