Nissan Pulsar Driver Turns against red arrow

Driver turns right against red arrow. Cyclists were proceeding through the intersection on a green arrow and almost got collected. The Cycliq Fly 12 and Fly 6 combo caught the number plate from the front and rear. The camera also caught the red arrow. This driver is toast!. The camera also caught the car held together with duct tape. The Police have advised the case has been referred to an Officer for investigation.
