The Taxi wasn’t great, but the van!!!

The taxi was a tight squeeze but he did at least slow down and wait for a gap in the traffic on the right to give a little room. The van however was illegally in the Bus Lane in the first place and made no effort to slow down or give me space at all. Both of them only made it to the next lights in any case, where the van driver was looking at this phone. Unfortunately the camera didn't capture that or if he was on his phone when driving.
