Can’t be bothered to advance the truck

Another truck parked directly in the bike lane even though there was plenty of space on the very wide sidewalk right beside it… 🚴‍♂️🚚

When I politely pointed it out, the response was immediately hostile.

It’s strange how some people seem to think they can do whatever they want without respecting others or the rules we all share. Bike lanes are not “optional” — they exist for safety.

After all, we wouldn’t consider it acceptable to walk into someone’s home and take their TV simply because we felt like it. So why is blocking a public space reserved for others treated as normal?

A little more civility and respect would make life in Paris much more pleasant for everyone. 🙂.
