Dangerous Close Pass

The driver followed me for nearly a kilometer and could have passed me in the right lane, but didn't.
Then dangerously close passed me. I caught up with the vehicle about 1.5km ahead (but didn't realise it was him at the time), and stayed ahead of him for a few hundred meters before he passed me very wide.
